1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)

As a consumer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party named by you (other than the carrier), receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email at info@novarowear.com with a clear statement. You may use the model withdrawal form provided under EU law, but this is not mandatory.

Important:

  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain items, including hygienic products once unsealed, customized/personalized goods, or digital content delivered electronically.

  • Orders are processed automatically; cancellation is not possible once items are shipped. In that case, you must wait to receive the goods and then initiate a return.


2. Returns

  • You may return your items within 14 days of receipt, provided they meet the conditions below.

  • The following conditions apply:

    1. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all parts included.

    2. Normal handling is accepted; breakage from negligence is excluded.

    3. Hygiene-related products must be unused and sealed.

    4. Defects must be reported immediately upon receipt.

    5. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer.

    6. Returns will be processed within 7 working days after receipt at our warehouse.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs of use, damage, or do not meet the above conditions.


3. How to Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Send an email to info@novarowear.com including:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photo of the product if defective

    • Customer name and address

  2. We will provide you with the correct return address.

    • Do not send returns to the sender’s address on the parcel.

    • All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.


4. Refunds

  • Once your return is approved and processed, we will refund your payment (excluding delivery costs) within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

  • Refunds are processed using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Additional delivery costs incurred for express or alternative shipping methods chosen by you are non-refundable.


5. Local Regulations

Novaro Wear complies with consumer protection laws in all EU countries we serve:

  • Germany (BGB, Fernabsatzgesetz): Mandatory right of withdrawal, clear return instructions.

  • Netherlands (Civil Code, Book 6): Refunds within 14 days of withdrawal.

  • Belgium (Code of Economic Law): Customers must be informed that return costs are borne by them.

  • France (Code de la Consommation): Mandatory information on return costs before purchase.

  • Luxembourg: EU withdrawal rights fully applicable.

  • Austria (FAGG Act): Specific disclosure requirements for withdrawal and returns.

  • Italy (Codice del Consumo): Refunds within 14 days, consumer pays return costs unless otherwise agreed.

  • Spain (Ley de Defensa de los Consumidores): Return rights and refund timelines as per EU law.

  • Portugal (Decreto-Lei 24/2014): Consumer bears return costs unless otherwise agreed.

  • Greece (Law 2251/1994): Right of withdrawal and information obligations.

  • Finland (Consumer Protection Act): Minimum 14-day withdrawal right.

  • Ireland (SI No. 484/2013): 14-day withdrawal; refund obligations within EU framework.


6. Record of Transit

As our goods are shipped internationally, there may be longer transit times.

  • If your goods are already in transit, cancellation is not possible.

  • Please wait for delivery and then initiate a return.

  • For faster processing, we recommend providing a shipping confirmation when you send back your return.
