1. Order Processing

  • Once an order is placed, Novaro Wear processes it within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekdays are typically processed within 24 hours.

  • Orders placed on Friday evening or during the weekend will be processed the next working day.


2. Shipping & Delivery Times

  • After processing, your order will be shipped.

  • Standard delivery within the European Union takes an average of 8–12 business days.

  • In some cases (high demand, customs checks, or unforeseen delays), shipping may take longer.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Free worldwide shipping. Novaro Wear covers all shipping and delivery costs for every order.

  • There is no minimum order requirement.


4. Carriers & Logistics

  • Orders are shipped with trusted logistics partners such as DHL, PostNL, La Poste, Bpost, Correos, UPS and other local postal services depending on destination.

  • To maintain fair product prices and reduce our environmental footprint, parcels may be consolidated and shipped in batches.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Orders within the EU: No customs duties are applied (intra-EU free movement of goods).

  • Orders outside the EU (if applicable in future): Customs duties, VAT or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.


6. Local Regulations

Novaro Wear complies with consumer protection laws in all EU countries we serve. This includes:

  • Germany (BGB, Fernabsatzgesetz): Clear information on shipping times, 14-day withdrawal right.

  • Netherlands (Civil Code, Book 6): Consumers entitled to refund within 14 days after withdrawal.

  • Belgium (Code of Economic Law): Mandatory free return information provided at checkout.

  • France (Code de la Consommation): Information on expected delivery time and return rights required.

  • Luxembourg (Consumer Code): Same as EU withdrawal rights.

  • Austria (FAGG Act): Consumers must be informed of delivery arrangements and costs.

  • Italy (Codice del Consumo): Delivery within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

7. Delivery Issues & Delays

  • If your parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for re-delivery costs.

  • Novaro Wear is not liable for delays caused by force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, pandemics).

  • If delivery is significantly delayed, you are entitled to cancel your order and request a full refund.
